Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on November 3, 2021, found that Passion Home Health Care Services, LLC, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite unannounced home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on August 30, 2021.
